Terms of Service

By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.

  • Fees under 50$ are non-refundable.

  • The customer is paying for the "digital art". He/She will not recieve any physical item in the mail from this purchase. Only a digital copy of the artwork.

  • The payment method is - Boosty. It perfectly works with PayPal (Note: You need to check the paypal excange rate before the payment is done).

  • The payment must be done after a rough sketch has been approved. If the customer fails to pay, or decide he/she is not interested in the commission anymore, the sketch might be re-used in other artworks/sketches.

  • The payment is done through invoices only. Please do NOT send commission money on your own accord.

  • By purchasing/paying the invoice for an art piece, the customer acknowledges that they understand and agree to these terms of service.

  • Commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only.

  • The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned piece on his/her social media and/or portfolio (if the commission is to be kept private please note me). The customer in his/her turn, should credit the artist when the illustration is posted.

  • It is necessary for the customer to use a watermarked version of the image when sharing publicly.

How to Order

I have a Trello board, so you can check where you are in the queue.
I try to contact you a few days in advance to let you know that I will be ready to start on your commission soon.

  • Submit your application through the "Request a Commission" button.

  • If you are not able to use this button, you can always e-mail me or send a message on twitter (@YukiharaShira) with the information needed:

  • Commission type

  • Character's name. His/her description and personality

  • His/Her facial expression. Character's pose

  • Background preferences and overall mood of the artwork

  • Image/Photo references of the character and background. Send everything, whatever you think is necessary and useful

  • When accepted, you'll recieve a confirmation e-mail from me ([email protected])

  • Once the sketch is done and agreed, I'll send you the invoice.

  • Upon recieving your payment, I proceed with the illustration.

  • Throughout the proccess, I'll send you the updates on your illustration, so we could agree whether corrections are needed.

  • After the artwork is done and recieved the final "OK" from you, I'll give you the link to the high resolution files.
